Growing up my dad was my biggest influence in life. He always told me that computers were the future and that I should try to learn as much about them as I could. As a young person, I resisted anything that had to do with technology. Eventually, I took my papa's advice and attended a technical college that gave me tons of technical know how with regards to computers and networking.

That knowledge was polarized in the 1990's during the technology boom. I began an exciting career servicing the DSL product for a fortune 500 company. I worked there for the better part of 15 years.

After the DSL product ran its course. I decided I had to keep growing in my knowledge base and again attended a technical college for Front End Website Development (Codify Academy). That launched a fantastic freelance company that I started Monkey-Rod Web Creations which I am growing.
